Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based care sessions via live video, providing personalized therapy to individual adult clients striving for improved mental well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to tailor treatment strategies effectively and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in drop-in consultations with clinical leadership to enhance treatment quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a general adult population, including individuals presenting with mental health challenges and those at elevated risk, such as potential suicidality. Your commitment to providing culturally responsive care will be vital in establishing trusting relationships with diverse clients. Through your efforts, you will significantly contribute to their journeys toward emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (current licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required).

• At least two years of experience working with adult populations, specifically those presenting higher risks of mental health issues.

• Current independent licensure as a therapist or psychologist for no less than one year.

• A strong desire to work with all individuals, demonstrating sensitivity to a wide array of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
