Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health challenges.

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals and families, both remotely and in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• Engaging in crisis intervention when necessary, assisting clients in managing their immediate mental health needs.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate client records and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and social service agencies to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continue professional development and ensure best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with may experience severe emotional disorders or symptoms associated with major mental illnesses. Many of these individuals are part of economically disadvantaged groups who face barriers in accessing necessary mental health services. Your role will be critical in providing supportive interventions, helping them gain insights into their conditions, and fostering their empowerment through collaborative goal setting.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, you will receive:
