Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to identify patients' individual needs and document any critical issues influencing their mental health.

• Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational workshops, providing psychoeducation on mental health topics, coping strategies, and support resources.

• Actively participate in coordination and consultation with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-pressure scenarios, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety assessments.

• Engage clients in discussions about treatment approaches, assuring they understand their conditions and available treatment options within the community.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with health regulations, ensuring quality assurance and accountability in patient care.

• Contribute to team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development through peer reviews and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, coupled with experience in developing robust treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven facilitation skills in group settings and psychoeducational programs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
