Work Environment

This position is physically located in our outpatient office in Los Angeles, California, where our team collaborates closely to drive positive patient outcomes. The full-time work schedule typically includes 40 hours per week, with variable weekends, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with functional limitations, designing individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care and incorporate any updates into individualized patient treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, adhering to our customer service standards and demonstrating empathy and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Implement and document therapeutic interventions, re-evaluating patient progress regularly and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, providing insights and feedback to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.
• Supervise and train assigned support staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Participate in community outreach and continuous quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing our services and patient education.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing charges, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits
