We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC to help execute key human resources programs and initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing employee support, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR-related matters. Manage day-to-day employee relations concerns, assist with investigations, and support conflict resolution efforts. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to create a smooth transition for new hires. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, employee questions, and vendor coordination. Support performance management processes, training initiatives, and employee development programs. Help maintain and enhance learning and development resources, including training platforms and employee education materials. Assist with employee engagement efforts, recognition programs, and company-wide initiatives designed to strengthen workplace culture. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal procedures. Generate and review HR reports to identify trends and support workforce planning efforts. Partner with managers on employee coaching, corrective action documentation, and performance-related matters. Support organizational changes and HR projects while ensuring timely communication and execution. Handle multiple HR priorities simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive human resources experience with strong exposure to employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and training. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations is a plus. Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
