About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Existing Growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the existing customer base, with a focus on expanding and deepening relationships. This role requires a strategic and consultative sales approach, with an emphasis on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. The VP of Sales will work closely with the client services team to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for the customer. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-performing individual with a strong background in the RCM services sector, particularly in the context of large health system enterprise deals. Experience in a tech-enabled sales environment and a proven ability to contract for outcomes that demonstrate clear value to the customer are essential. A deep understanding of the healthcare market and the ability to articulate the impact of the company's solutions on customer outcomes is also a key requirement.
