Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in students, using standardized tools and observational techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support students in managing symptoms effectively.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
