Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate engaging counseling sessions for clients experiencing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to devise integrated treatment strategies addressing both physical and emotional health.

• Empower clients by encouraging active participation in their treatment plans and helping them develop coping strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, equipping them with resources and tools for effective self-management and self-care practices.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates comprehensively to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work (LICSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited program.

• An active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and uphold shared values.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
