Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Comprehensive Evaluations: You will perform initial and ongoing assessments to identify clients' needs and design effective therapeutic interventions.

• Monitoring Treatment Outcomes: As a proactive member of the clinical team, you will track clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

• Family Support Collaboration: Engaging with families to provide support and guidance that benefits the child's development and mental health is crucial in this role.

• Developing Individualized Treatment Plans: You will create collaborative care plans in conjunction with families, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored strategies.

• Building Therapeutic Relationships: Establishing rapport with clients and their families is essential for promoting a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Utilizing Coaching Models: You will apply natural environment teaching methods and a coaching model to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children and families who are faced with various mental health challenges. The counseling services we provide aim to empower these clients, helping them navigate their emotional and behavioral hurdles while fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Status as an Associate or Licensed professional with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is required.
\n
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, especially concerning billing hours and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with childhood development and family dynamics will be highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and previous engagement in multidisciplinary team settings will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
