Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health concerns, utilizing guided interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions to facilitate clients' progress.

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, utilizing techniques grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other modalities as appropriate.

• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and maintain consistent communication, monitoring progress regularly through follow-up sessions and feedback.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients with mobility issues, transportation barriers, or those living in remote areas.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of each client encounter to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while documenting treatment progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant workshops or training sessions to advance your clinical skills and stay informed on emerging practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
