Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments involving diagnostic exams, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Manage case management tasks alongside evaluation and diagnosis to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches for individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines, ensuring accurate assessment and formulation of clinical needs.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, facilitating effective crisis interventions and treatment referrals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and treatment progress while managing therapy-related paperwork electronically.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, providing insights into departmental planning and quality assurance initiatives.

As a licensed therapist at WeCare, you will work with a diverse client base suffering from various mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Kansas.

• A master's or doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
