Founding Director of Outbound Sales

Fora Travel in New York is seeking a founding Director of Sales to build the outbound motion, hire and develop the first AE team, and establish scalable processes. You will define the outbound strategy, create playbooks, and implement coaching, compensation, and performance frameworks to drive long-term growth. This role is based in our NYC office and reports to the GTM leadership.
