DAY TO DAY AS AStaff Accountant As a new staff accountant at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will have a variety of responsibilities to support the finance department. You will be responsible for daily accounting operations including payroll processing, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and a genuine interest in growing within the accounting field. On a day-to-day basis, you will communicate with the finance department through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to staff payroll, accounts payable, general accounting and administrative support. In this role, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You will also need to be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, as well as have an aptitude for using and learning multiple software programs. Your passion for accounting and customer service, coupled with your ability to build relationships, will contribute to your success in this position.
