Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional wellness, identifying their unique needs and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, drawing from best practices in engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Facilitate both individual and couples therapy sessions that address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients' progress, ensuring they receive the most effective care.

• Maintain precise and current documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, through our electronic health records system.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Stay abreast of advancements in therapeutic methodologies, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Exhibit a commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in all client-related matters.

• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively with clients and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development concerns. Your expertise will help clients overcome obstacles and foster resilience, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline is required for this position.

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of Nevada.

• Proficiency in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting client progress effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with computer literacy required for electronic documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
