Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Slate Care Solution, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients in a home care and rehabilitation setting to assess their physical abilities and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal therapeutic goals.
• Documenting patient treatments and maintaining accurate records of their responses and progress.
• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and families regarding exercises, techniques, and home care strategies.
• Fitting patients for assistive devices, such as walkers or orthotics, and teaching them how to safely use these devices.
• Staying informed on the latest developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional networks, and engaging in ongoing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele, including children and adults recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
• Ability to perform physical assessments and apply therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
