Job Summary We are seeking an Accounting Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA. The Accounting Admin will support a busy accounting department by helping transition paper accounting records into a digital filing system, then continue providing ongoing administrative and accounting support once the project is complete. Key Responsibilities Prepare accounting documents for scanning by removing staples, sorting files, and organizing records. Scan, digitize, label, and accurately file accounting documents into electronic systems. Shred documents according to company procedures and records management guidelines. Maintain organized digital filing systems for accounting records and related documentation. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Assist with additional accounting, records, and office projects to support department workflow. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $23.00 per hour. Job Type: Temp-to-hire. Location: Newbury Park, CA.
