Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual mental health counseling to a diverse population through secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, particularly stable, low-acuity adults, and develop tailored therapy goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. This involves working with clients experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and personal development. The flexibility of teletherapy allows you to reach those who may have difficulties accessing traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state licensure from the appropriate board, including but not limited to: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic nature, enabling effective engagement with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
