Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, which includes evaluating physical conditions, functional abilities, and psychological factors influencing recovery.
• Design and implement personalized treatment programs that align with each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation objectives, regularly revisiting and adjusting these plans to reflect progress.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Instruct patients and their families on home exercise protocols, injury prevention strategies, and essential lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery and enhance quality of life.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through detailed documentation and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and case managers, to guarantee a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records to comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy methodologies and actively incorporate emerging practices into patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Life Physiotherapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
