Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients, ensuring a focus on individual needs through assessment and therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings for psychological and emotional disorders to determine treatment plans, ensuring thorough documentation of findings.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary resources and services, collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources.

• Offer crisis intervention services as required, ensuring timely support for clients in immediate distress.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and improve service delivery.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing quality improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across services.

• Assure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Monitor client admissions, progress, and discharge criteria to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction with services.

• Maintain timely documentation and reporting on client cases, outcomes, and program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse client population within the Tallahassee community, focusing on individuals experiencing major mental health challenges and those from underserved backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, with active LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
