The successful candidate will work remotely within a collaborative and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to implement effective treatment interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a community atmosphere and addressing prevalent mental health concerns among participants.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and effective support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and staying informed about the latest research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults grappling with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic processes.

• Proven competency in executing thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective, personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries in diverse situations.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to streamline patient care activities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
