Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, working collaboratively to address and resolve conflicts.

• Administering individual therapy for clients as needed to explore personal issues and challenges.

• Utilizing specific therapeutic techniques to assist clients dealing with:

• Physical and psychological abuse recovery

• Grief and loss

• Family conflicts and dynamics

• Medical issues affecting mental health

• Adjustment to separation and divorce

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from individuals and couples to families confronting various challenges, including but not limited to addiction, grief, relational conflicts, and life transitions. We focus on providing services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and blended families, ensuring that each client's unique situation is addressed with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
