Work Environment

This role requires you to work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, where you will interact daily with patients, families, and your colleagues. The center operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a structured yet dynamic workspace where you can focus on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Clinica Recovery LLC, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess each resident's needs and capabilities.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and pain relief.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, adjusting techniques to suit the specific requirements of each resident.
• Regularly monitoring patient progress and modifying therapies as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborating with nursing staff, occupational therapists, and caregivers to create a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Educating residents and their families on mobility techniques, fall prevention strategies, and effective body mechanics to foster independence.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations to track treatment success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be serving at our facility primarily include seniors, with a focus on residents aged 40 to 65 years who may be dealing with various physical disabilities or recovering from surgeries, strokes, or other health challenges. You will have the opportunity to provide critical care to individuals who greatly benefit from your professional guidance and support in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits
