Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the operations of our kitchen. You will oversee a talented team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving business growth. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of dedicated employees Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction Maintain high food quality standards and cleanliness Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Manage inventory and control costs Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent Prior experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry Higher end of pay scale requires prior experience managing large staff. Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask & manage 50+ staff in one shift.
