Kitchen Manager - Hellertown, PA

Upscale Casual, Scratch Food

$70-75k, benefits, PTO, consistent schedule!

Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in Hellertown, PA! You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, lead a team of culinary professionals, and help drive menu innovation using fresh, local ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee food preparation, production, and presentation
Develop and implement menus featuring local ingredients and creative twists
Maintain high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Collaborate with FOH team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

3+ years of kitchen management experience
Experience with pizza and Italian cuisine a plus
Ability to think creatively and execute with quality local ingredients
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Culinary degree or certification preferred
