Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gain insight into their mental health concerns, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Establish rapport with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support as they navigate their treatment journey and monitor their progress.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility challenges, ensuring continued access to care during unforeseen circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality and contributing to holistic care.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care to enhance your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, paired with a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences.
