Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually ( negotiable for exceptional candidates )
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned  Project Manager to oversee civil and water/wastewater construction projects valued between $10M–$20M+ . The ideal candidate will ensure  project safety, quality, profitability, and on-time delivery , while effectively leading cross-functional teams.
Market Salary Guidance (St. Louis, MO)

• Typical range: $100K – $120K
• Exceptional candidates with extensive project experience or specialized credentials may be eligible for  higher compensation .

Note: Final salary will depend on  experience, technical expertise, and overall project portfolio .
Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery, including  schedule, budget, and safety compliance
• Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee  cost controls, invoicing, cash flow management, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to project documents, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor project staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
• Proven experience in  water/wastewater and civil construction projects
• Strong financial acumen, scheduling expertise, and project controls skills
• OSHA certification required
• Degree in  Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
