Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's specific requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at fostering community and resilience among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring clients have comprehensive safety plans in place.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to optimize care and treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
