Administrative Assistant and Marketing Position

Benefits Flexible schedule Job Summary We are seeking a PART TIME administrative and marketing assistant to join our team! FLEXIBLE hours/days. 15-20 hours a week. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized with great written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Write emails Maintain an organized filing system Update client CRM information Talk to clients Create service contracts and follow up client letters Update, and maintain company files and the CRM. Send email blasts for marketing purposes Track campaigns and results. Qualifications High school diploma and college degree is required Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
