This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates the needs of our clients as well as our team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual sessions, ensuring accurate diagnostics and effective treatment planning.

• Design and implement personalized therapies aimed at addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, providing them with tools and coping mechanisms necessary for overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress within our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for clients, making referrals when necessary.

• Utilize culturally responsive approaches in counseling to address the diverse backgrounds of clients, fostering an inclusive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, major depression, trauma responses, eating disorders, and substance abuse. We prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience effectively working with clients experiencing mental health disorders.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and a commitment to culturally competent care practices.

• Proficiency in navigating and utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and other technology applications relevant to telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
