What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic PCU environment
• Float across various units including Stepdown, PCU, and potentially other hospital campuses (Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, Dodd)
• Start IVs and administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and utilize Telemetry/Epic systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Adapt to different unit protocols and acuity levels as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, stepdown, or similar setting
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic EMR system

Preferred:

• Experience floating between units and different hospital campuses
