Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of mental health conditions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, provide family therapy, and offer support to couples facing relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training, staying abreast of new research and developments in mental health practices.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for every client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to manage client documentation efficiently.
