Healthcare Attorney, BigLaw Firms

Apply your healthcare regulatory expertise to complex legal analysis that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role is suited to attorneys with BigLaw or leading healthcare law firm experience who can translate nuanced U.S. healthcare compliance concepts into clear, accurate expert input. Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate legal documents involving healthcare regulations, maintaining accuracy and clarity in regulatory concepts.
- Analyze healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Draft and refine contract language for compliance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.
- Provide detailed feedback on compliance issues and identify potential legal risks in supplied scenarios.
- Contribute expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations to healthcare-focused AI training data.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts.
- Juris Doctor degree and active admission to a U.S. bar.
- Substantial healthcare law experience at a major U.S. law firm or leading healthcare-focused firm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Experience reviewing, annotating, and drafting complex healthcare legal and policy documents.
- Experience advising on healthcare compliance matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical judgment, and close attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based setting.
- Remote contract engagement.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- $140 to $400 per hour.
