Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions focused on resolving interpersonal issues and improving family dynamics.

• Developing tailored therapeutic plans that address specific treatment goals, such as communication improvement, conflict resolution, and coping strategies.

• Supporting clients struggling with various challenges, including but not limited to emotional distress related to grief, divorce, blended family dynamics, and abuse.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Documenting session notes and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of issues such as:

• Parent-child conflicts and familial disputes

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field
