As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market we are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research target accounts within defined industries and ICP criteriaExecute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)Follow up on inbound marketing leads in a timely and professional mannerBook qualified discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain consistent activity levels to meet pipeline creation targetsProvide feedback on messaging effectiveness and lead qualitySupport Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for priority accountsUpdate HubSpot (RightCrowd CRM) with daily BDR activityAttend regularly scheduled sales, marketing and technical meetings and trainingsClearly articulate RightCrowd's value propositionRequirements1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or physical security/identity management industry)Track record of success in cold outreach and lead qualificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive in verbal and written communicationResilient and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow in salesExperience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarPrior experience working collaboratively with sales and marketing teamsWhat We OfferA fast-growing company backed by a strong private equity partnerA supportive, remote-first work culture with growth opportunitiesCompetitive base salary + commissionHealth, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsThe opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, security, and technology
