Title Assistant (in office)

Job Title: Title Assistant Job Summary Support the Title team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up documents, mail, messages, and packages. Maintain a log of items picked up and delivered. Gather information to resolve title issues. Create and update logs, reports, records, and files. Verify and update information. Communicate professionally with all customers. Qualifications Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Ability to keep track of multiple documents and itemize. Excellent verbal and written communication with internal team and external customers. Problem solver with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and eager to learn. Team player, thriving in a collaborative environment. A government‑issued driver’s license is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Compensation Pay Range: $18.46 – $24.63 hourly.
