This position is designed for a fully remote working arrangement that enhances your ability to manage your schedule effectively. Clinicians at Spectra set their caseloads, choosing to work between 10 to 30 billable hours per week based on personal availability and client needs. The telehealth format ensures that you can provide services in a comfortable setting while maintaining the ability to connect meaningfully with clients. Regular interdisciplinary team consultations allow therapists to engage with their peers for support, case reviews, and quality assurance discussions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and short-term psychotherapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Conduct thorough case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health issues.

• Utilize telehealth platforms proficiently to deliver therapy services while maintaining documentation through electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Assess client treatment plans, considering individual therapeutic needs, and coordinate care effectively, including crisis interventions when necessary.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops for clients and families focused on mental health awareness and skill development.

• Provide updated reports and maintain accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in team meetings, quality assurance reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT or Psy.D licensure in the state of Florida.
