Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, areas for growth, and treatment objectives, actively involving clients in the evaluation process.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate best practices and are reflective of the client’s personal goals.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to client care and support when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, illustrating progress, treatment interventions, and adjustments to care plans in accordance with clinic policies.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication, ensuring timely updates and adherence to clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be serving range across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We focus on creating customized care approaches for a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and chronic stress. Your empathetic and culturally sensitive approach will be vital in appropriately addressing the needs and backgrounds of diverse client groups.

Qualifications\n

• Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• The candidate must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot consider limited or provisional licenses.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and execution, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, build rapport, and engage clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR software is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services, particularly via telehealth, is highly desirable.
