Enterprise Solutions Engineer

As a full-time remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer, the successful candidate will serve as a technical champion throughout the sales process, architecting compelling product demonstrations and managing complex enterprise deal cycles while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for prospects and customers, managing all technical responsibilities in the sales journey Architect and deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts, aligning technical requirements with customer business goals Drive initiatives within the Solutions Engineering team to enhance demo environments and improve onboarding processes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company Experience navigating complex enterprise deal cycles Preferred experience in the identity or cybersecurity industry Fluency in Restful APIs and related tools, such as Postman Demonstrated success in managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers
