BPS Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant

Job Title: BPS Pre‑Sales and Solutions Consultant City: New Jersey, New York City State/Province: New Jersey, New York Posting Start Date: 6/16/26 Job Description Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced BPS Pre‑Sales and Solutions Consultant within our BPS/BPO segment, specifically targeting the F&A sector. The BPS Pre‑Sales and Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting the Sales team in closing medium to large sized deals in the Finance & Accounting LOB within BPS, building solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring Wipro’s interests are met. Active involvement in the lead‑to closure cycle for BPS includes: RFx / Bid response, proposals, coordination with stakeholders, and client visits during the lead to closure cycle. Responsibilities Prepare and submit RFx responses and proposals. Coordinate with sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, and facilities teams to ensure timely, high‑quality submissions. Manage client visits to Wipro centres during the lead to closure cycle. Own GTM decks and BPO space offerings. Develop commercial estimation, financial modelling, and proposal templates. Represent solution offering to the client buyer and internal groups. Qualifications Extensive experience in BPO pre‑sales (bid management, due diligence, etc.) with global clientele. Strong understanding of sales cycles, buying processes, funnel and pipeline management. Experience building proposals, presentations, research reports, and handling client visits. Excellent communication skills. Prior experience in Finance and Accounting LOB is mandatory. Minimum 15 years of work experience, including 6‑7 years in F&A pre‑sales & solutioning. CA/ICWA or postgraduate qualification preferred. Experience in outsourcing, solution planning, and deal shaping preferred. Exposure to analytics, automation, technology, AI, robotics. Strong business acumen and financial understanding. Capability to adapt to changing environments and demonstrate executive presence. Key Duties Translate buyer requirements into standard solution offerings, proposal, cost estimates, and treatment of terms. Collaborate with sales to represent solutions to buyer and other groups. Align final solution architecture, including statement of work, schedules, and contractual documents. Commercial and Financial Responsibilities Prepare BD spend estimate, schedule, work plan, and resource/sourcing plan. Create cost estimate models with Service Delivery and Solution Management. Collaborate on MSA, NDA, and other contractual documents. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and other applicable standards. Knowledge Management Publish case studies. Create reusable collaterals, account dockets, and templates. Functional Competencies Market research and client research. Commercial estimation and financial modelling. Project planning and execution. Negotiation. Proposal writing. Salary & Benefits Expected annual pay ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
