PuroClean Disaster Response is a growing water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation company serving Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Hunterdon, and Monmouth counties, and we're hiring an outside sales professional to own our referral network and drive new business. This is a B2B relationship sales role — not retail, not inside sales. You'll own the full service area, build a book of business, and become the name that insurance agents, plumbers, and property managers think of when property damage happens.What You'll DoBuild and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, property managers, commercial facility managers, real estate professionals, and senior living communitiesProspect new accounts through in-person visits, cold calling, networking events, and trade associationsDeliver presentations and lunch-and-learns (including CE classes for insurance agents) to small groupsRepresent the company at trade shows, chamber events, marketing events, and industry associations — and help plan and run our ownTrack all sales activity, pipeline, and account touches in our CRMSupport local marketing efforts, including social media content from the fieldHand off won opportunities cleanly to our operations team — you sell it, we service itWhat You Bring2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, account management, or territory sales experience (restoration, insurance, building services, or construction industry a plus — not required, we'll teach you the industry)A track record of hitting activity and revenue targets you can speak to specificallyStrong face-to-face communication and the persistence to win accounts that take months of touchesComfort with CRM software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & BenefitsBase salary $50,000–$65,000 (based on experience) plus uncapped commissionVehicle/transportation allowanceHealth insurance401(k)Paid time offPaid training & professional development, including tuition assistancePerformance bonuses and company eventsCompensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year PuroClean Disaster Response is an established, locally owned property damage restoration company backed by the PuroClean national network of over 500 locations.
