Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated empathy and a supportive, non-judgmental demeanor when addressing clients' challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage a caseload, administrative responsibilities, and client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing individual and group therapy.
