Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) – Pediatrics We are seeking a motivated CCC‑SLP who is excited to work in pediatrics and be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and BCBAs. Conduct thoughtful, patient‑centered evaluations. Create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to each child. Empower patients and families by helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections. Benefits and Compensation Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2) Rate: $50–$80/hour Benefits Eligibility: 20 hours/week guaranteed; full benefits at 30+ hours/week. Schedule: Begin with part‑time, guaranteed 20 hours per week (20+ hours with benefits), with opportunity to grow into full‑time (30+ hours). Excellent for those returning to pediatrics after time away.
