Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors in this position can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
