Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet specific client needs.

• Initiate comprehensive initial assessments, establishing a clear plan for treatment and triaging care based on urgency and complexity.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, documenting and updating treatment plans based on collaborative insights.

• Utilize clinical judgment to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across all age groups.

• Manage case loads effectively, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Complete and maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Implement evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities to support clients in meeting their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n
