Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We encourage a broad spectrum of approaches, including trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and integrative counseling methods. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A).

• At least one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings, demonstrating familiarity with evidence-based therapies.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
