Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that approaches are tailored to meet each client’s specific circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients throughout their therapeutic journey, regularly setting and reviewing therapeutic goals and tracking progress to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face limitations in accessing in-person care, ensuring continuity of care regardless of location.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatments in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in lifelong professional development by pursuing continued education and training opportunities that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other psychosocial challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from differing backgrounds, employing culturally competent practices to ensure sensitive and effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills to manage multiple clients and administrative responsibilities proficiently.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 annually, contingent on caseload and experience.
