Swivel is a B2B revenue agency in Cincinnati. We build the systems that help B2B companies find, reach and meet their next customers. Our clients include companies in education, IT, manufacturing and more, and we've helped generate over $150M in pipeline for them.

We're a small team, and we're hiring a Business Development Rep to help our clients' sales teams get more meetings on the calendar.

What the job is

You start conversations and book meetings. You don't close deals. Our clients' sales teams take it from there, so you can focus on getting great at the first step of every sale.

This isn't a cold list and a phone. Our system surfaces prospects who are already showing interest, like website visitors, past leads and people engaging with content. You'll use AI-powered research and tools to know who to call, when to call and what to say.

What you'll do

• Call and message warm B2B prospects across several client accounts

• Book qualified meetings for client sales teams

• Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach

• Log activity and notes in HubSpot so every handoff is clean

• Follow a set calling cadence and hit weekly activity and meeting goals

• Share what you hear on calls so we can sharpen messaging for each client

What we're looking for

• Comfortable on the phone and with hearing "no" (it comes with the job)

• Curious about business and genuinely interested in talking with owners and executives

• Organized and consistent with follow-up

• Open to coaching and quick to put feedback into practice

• Interested in learning how AI is changing sales

• Prior BDR, SDR, inside sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement
