Business Development Representative

Job Description
Legal Karma is on a mission to democratize access to law by helping financial institutions become the natural providers of estate planning. If you're looking for an opportunity to get in on a company early and work for a for-profit that feels like a non-profit, look no further!
\n \nWe're looking for a highly motivated and competitive seller to join our existing Sales team to partner with new financial institutions. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently, sourcing and scaling their own leads.
\n \nCompensation: $70k/year + $30k OTE of additional comp
\n \nWhat the job is:
\n- \n
- This is a cold outbound, demand generation job. You must meet cold outbound numbers every day and week. \n
- Cold call, cold email, text, LinkedIn and use any other available means you may find to hit your goals. \n
- Manage, track, and report conversion rates for lead generation from the website, drip campaigns, social campaigns, and webinars. \n
- Author and collaborate on marketing copy for social, landing pages, white papers, email drip campaigns, and webinars. \n
- Communicate with precision, using reports and presentations as needed. \n
Who you are:
\n- \n
- Ready to sell B2B. 3-5 years of experience in sales at a B2B software company. Bonus points if the company is in the financial industry. \n
- Demonstrable track record for success. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the impact they’ve had on revenue growth at their organizations. \n
- Excellent Communication. You are concise and know how to speak with senior leadership. \n
- Energy and Creativity. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast‐paced sales environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work. \n
- Domain. Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools. \n
- You are coachable. Legal Karma believes in growing you as a professional and as a human. To work here, you must be coachable and focused on self-improvement. \n
