Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to identify mental health needs, social determinants impacting client wellbeing, and collaboratively establish treatment goals.

• Engage in individual counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Lead group therapy sessions that promote healthy coping strategies, build community support networks, and provide psychoeducation on various mental health topics.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that include measurable objectives and empirically supported interventions, regularly updating plans based on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and facilitating connections to emergency resources and support.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and help them navigate complex healthcare and community resources, ensuring they have appropriate access to necessary services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to both legal and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
