Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services to clients through comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

• Continuously evaluate client treatment needs, making adjustments to service plans as required to ensure optimal care.

• Assist clients in creating Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that outline actionable strategies for achieving their goals and improving their mental health.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions, focusing on coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills essential for daily living.

• Educate clients regarding community resources, advocating and assisting in their access to appropriate services and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, trying to navigate community life. Your expertise will be crucial to transforming their experiences into opportunities for growth and stability, particularly for those struggling with symptoms that impede their functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a must.
\n
• Current licensure from the state board is required, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Capacity to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Proficient in maintaining client confidentiality and providing appropriate aftercare and closure planning.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing direct clinical services and supporting clients with behavioral and anger management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion through interactions with clients and their families.

• Comfortable with technology, ensuring seamless communication and note-taking through our digital systems.

• Possession of a reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted client interactions.
